  • Where do you ship?

    We ship to all states in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada, Australia, and some European countries. Our goal it to bring Public Habit to the whole world - and we are working hard to do that. 

    Here is a full list of countries where Public Habit currently ships to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

  • Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

    Sorry, we don't. Because we ship with express carriers in many cases, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We ship free to everyone in the US! Shipping to other countries is typically $10 per order. Shipping charges will be updated at checkout for international orders.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    We offer two primary shipping options you can choose from. If you order an item that is in stock, we will typically deliver it to you within 10ays. Products that are manufactured on-demand after you place your order take 21-25 days to be delivered.

  • Can I cancel my order or make changes once I place it?

    We start working on your order immediately so order cancellations and changes are limited. Please send us a note to and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  •  Can I exchange an item for a different size? 

    Unfortunately, we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund. To ensure that you receive the desired product as fast as possible, we kindly ask you to make a new purchase at your own convenience.


  • What is your returns policy?

    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items for a refund within 30 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in good condition. This means that the item(s) should be unworn, unwashed, devoid of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells. All garments must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • How much does a return cost?

    We offer free returns in the US! We want you to be happy with Public Habit so returns are on us. If you are located outside of the US and you wish to return it, please send a note to Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return costs for international returns are the customer’s responsibility.

  • How do I initiate a return?

  • Why are Public Habit products so much less expensive than other comparable products?  

    We work directly with world class manufacturers to make our products so we are able to remove a lot of inefficiencies that typically create a huge markup that you see at a traditional retail store. We also don’t carry excessive inventory and make most of our products when we get customer orders. The result is that we don’t have a lot of overhead expenses, such as storage and inventory and we don’t spend a lot on advertising either. Finally, we ship from the source saving on logistics fees as well. All that value goes back to our customers in a form of prices that make you wonder why you are overpaying when you buy elsewhere.

  • Where are your products made?  

    Finding high quality suppliers that meet our standards on quality, ethics, environmental responsibility and focus on on-demand manufacturing is not an easy task.
